Class action attorney LaMothe is a junior partner at the Salem, Massachusetts law firm of Forrest | LaMothe.

Mr. LaMothe has been the managing partner of The Law Offices of PIP Collect, LLC since July, 2013.  In addition to his managerial role, Mr. LaMothe continues to successfully represent medical providers in actions against insurance companies for unpaid medical bills, including many through trial.

In addition to his duties as a consumer protection attorney, Matthew LaMothe has successfully represented individuals, classes of individuals and classes of businesses in numerous consumer protection, privacy, housing, insurance and employment actions.  Attorney LaMothe has also handled several appeals and has argued before the Appellate Division of the District Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Mr. LaMothe received his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School and his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Philosophy from Fairfield University.

Attorney LaMothe is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, the Lynn Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and has served as a judge at ABA moot court competitions in Boston.
